Graduate students in the Department of Physics and Astronomy and in the Department of Chemistry pioneered a peer-mentorship initiative, alongside The Graduate School’s professional development program, in order to better serve incoming graduate students. 

Morgan Clark named Department of Energy Office of Science Graduate Student Research (SCGSR) Program outstanding graduate student.

Michele Kelley, who has both a Royster Fellowship and a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship, is pursuing innovative research and also seeking ways to encourage others to pursue science.
