The Graduate School has named David Aponte-Díaz as the 2023 recipient of the Boka W. Hadzija Award for Distinguished University Service, a Chancellor’s Award.
Department of Geology graduate student Kate Brandt has received the 2022 recipient of the Boka W. Hadzija Award for Distinguished University Service.
Doctoral student in mathematics is commended for excellence in service, in research and in teaching. “She is excelling in all aspects of academic life,” her nominator said.
Sallie Nowell, a doctoral student in the School of Medicine’s Division of Speech and Hearing Sciences, has received the 2018 Boka W. Hadzija Award.
